Innate Immunity in the Development of Connective Tissue Dysplasia: Pilot Study in Children with Congenital Hip Dislocation

Introduction: Observing and treatment of hip dysplasia in children have always been the sphere interest modern molecular medicine. The role factors formation connective tissue is considered crucial for such multisystem disorders, progressing involves immune system parameters biochemical markers. aim this work was to establish relationship between status indicators markers using bioinformatics modeling methods. Materials Methods: 27 patients with congenital dislocation, admitted University Clinic Privolzhsky Research Medical University, Department orthopedics surgical treatment, were examined. Determination 10 blood conducted by immunological Statistica 12.0 software from StatSoft used statistical data processing. Methods nonparametric statistics since samples control group partially follow normal distribution. Correlation methods regression evaluate indicators. Results Conclusion: In our investigation we shown presence mathematical interactions innate immunity metabolism. leading development pathologies associated assumed. further investigations it necessary clarify hypoxia HIF-1 stimulated skeletal dysplasia, collagen modification, development.

The amount of collagen and its solubility were measured in slices of the cords and in the umbilical veins and compared with the values in normal subjects.
